Appointment & Physiotherapy: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Punctuality: <\/strong>Please always arrive on time! If you think you may be running late, please call us in advance and inform our administrators and\/or your physiotherapist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations:<\/strong> Unfortunately, from time to time patients fail to show up without cancelling, or notify our staff only shortly before their scheduled appointment. This not only means that our colleagues’ time goes to waste, but also that waiting times cannot be reduced for your fellow patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, we understand that unexpected things can happen to anyone \u2014 something may come up or you may fall ill and be unable to attend your appointment. However, we kindly ask that, wherever possible, you notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours<\/strong> in advance. (We do have patients on waiting lists and with acute conditions who would be grateful for the freed-up slot.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
